At Minimakers, we strive for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that occasionally an item may need to be returned, and we are here to assist you. We believe in transparency and will not surprise you with hidden fees or costs. While we have some limitations on our returns policy, we believe they are fair.
Customized Item Return Policy:
For Customized Items, we focus on fixing issues rather than returning or refunding items. If you encounter any problems with our product, we are committed to resolving them. Customized items are not eligible for return or refund if the sizes are correct, and you have chosen to customize the color.
Limitations:
- Customized products cannot be exchanged or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect, a determination made at the discretion of Minimakers.
- Customers must open and check all items within 24 hours of receiving the products, maintaining the original packing. Failure to do so makes Minimakers not liable for any damage or fault, rendering the order ineligible for return.
Non-Refundable Purchases Include:
- Assembled/disassembled items
- Opened beds, installed MDF items/furniture
- Made-to-measure items (e.g., custom and on-demand manufactured items)
- Modified and altered products
At any time, Minimakers reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, and picture identification may be requested.
Items Specification:
Due to regular shipments of raw materials, slight differences in colors or fixing may occur. If a customer places two orders for the same item in different periods, slight variations in color or textures may be expected.
Mode of Return:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 7 working days if the products are not customized or made to order.
Mode of Cancellation:
Cancellation is acceptable within 06 hours after placing any order (online). After this period, a deduction for bank charges (amount-dependent) will apply. No cash back is available for customized orders.
Special Orders:
Made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Delivery and Pickup Charges:
The original delivery charge will be deducted if there is no valid reason for return. If shipping was free with the product, a minimum charge of 200 - 300 AED will apply as a pickup charge.
Notify Within 12 Hours:
Notification of any issues must be made within 12 hours of receiving the product. After this period, returns for customizable items will not be accepted.
